There is also a popular recipe – this is a tincture of rosehip fruits on vodka. for it, you need a glass of fruit and the same amount of granulated sugar, pour all this with three glasses of vodka and insist for 5 days, then add two or three more glasses of vodka and insist for another 5 days, only then strain and drink 15 g before meals twice a day.

Echinacea

Rich in micro – and macronutrients such as silver, iron, zinc, selenium, manganese, echinacea purpurea can easily be a competitor to synthetic drugs. Biologically active substances of echinacea stimulate the immune system, and kills the development of fungi, bacteria and viral pathogens.

A decoction of Echinacea: 2 tablespoons herb pour a glass of boiling water and boil for half an hour in a water bath. Cool, add to the initial volume of water. Drink half an hour before meals for 1 tbsp. l. three times a day.

Ginseng

It is a very strong remedy, so when using ginseng, you need to be extremely careful. But, despite this, ginseng is the best to raise mental and physical performance. It improves blood circulation and promotes the elimination of toxic substances from the body. It is better to use ginseng in the form of tincture-half an hour before eating 15-20 drops 2-3 times a day for a month.

If there are no contraindications, then the course of taking ginseng is 30-40 days.
