     How to use natural medicines against esophageal hernia.

     Some people don’t even realize they have a hiatal hernia, while others experience discomfort that becomes a problem during eating, sleeping, and socializing. Hiatal hernia is most often found in men and women over the age of forty, and occurs as a result of damage to the esophageal tissue, weakening of the flap between the two organs and the direction of acids up into the esophagus.

     Symptoms are usually as follows: burning in the chest and difficulty swallowing. Fortunately, a hiatal hernia can be cured with folk remedies.  

     Add to the diet from 1, 000 to 2, 00 milligrams of oenothera oil, which can be sold in capsule form. It contains essential fatty acids that promote digestion and reduce heat in the esophagus and stomach.

     As a natural remedy for hiatal hernia, consider adding digestive enzymes to your diet. This will help increase the level of enzymes in the body, they are most effective if taken before meals. Approximately 1, 000mg three times a day should be enough.

     Drink a glass of aloe leaf juice before each meal. Aloe is a proven successful remedy for many gastrointestinal disorders. For example, in such cases, when patients suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, and also promotes digestion.

     Add herbs such as licorice roots, sweet dill seeds, rusty elm, sorrel and black walnut as digestive-enhancing herbs.  All of these can be ground into a powder and mixed with water or fresh ginger tea, or they can be absorbed in capsule form.
